Directly next to our accommodation are the Kraaijenbergse Plassen: this is a water sports area of approximately 400 hectares. The lakes were created as a result of sand and gravel extraction. Around the lakes is a beautiful nature reserve where you can enjoy walking and cycling. There is also a large beach with rowing and surfing facilities and there are plenty of other options such as fishing, sailing and canoeing. Within walking distance is the village of Linden with the marina 't Loo with over 200 berths. On the fourth day of the Nijmegen Four Days Marches, the walkers also pass the village and our accommodation.
Tongelaar Estate
Tongelaar Estate is a large estate of 490 hectares located in the municipalities of Mill en Sint Hubert, Grave and Cuijk. The area is located between Mill and Escharen in the province of North Brabant and has been owned by the Brabant Landscape Foundation since 1978. The estate has traditionally belonged to the castle of the majority of this nature reserve is cultivated land, interspersed with forest, lanes and hedgerows. There are a number of old farms in the area that traditionally belonged to the castle. A single farm is even located on a mound.
Suitable for everyone
Our group accommodation in Beers is regularly used by schools and sports clubs. Since there are many activities to do in the area, this is a very good solution.
